Booking Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
• DEPOSIT Fee
A $45 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. There is a $1.68 transaction fee.
• DEPOSIT Fee Policy
If your appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, or if you are a no-show, your DEPOSIT will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. The deposit cannot be transferred to a future date. The deposit is deducted from the total cost of service.
• Cancellations & No-Shows
Any last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment) or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service total, and the $45 deposit will be forfeited.
• Late Arrivals
If you are more than 10 minutes late, a $20 late fee applies. Depending on schedule, your appointment may be canceled and the cancellation policy will apply.
• Hair Preparation
You must arrive with your hair clean, fully detangled, and free of any product buildup. We do not offer wash services. If your hair is dirty or not properly prepared, your appointment will be canceled, your deposit will be forfeited, and the Deposit & Cancellation policy will apply.

Payment Information
We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit card) and Interac e-Transfer.
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe Inc. — we never store your full card number on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant. You can review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
For Interac e-Transfer payments, only your name and email are used to match your payment. This information is handled in accordance with your bank's privacy policy.
